- bypass technical safeguards, such as cache, throttling, or access limits
- use the app for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes

Use transport data for lawful informational purposes only. Do not misrepresent the app as an official government product. Do not present third-party data as guaranteed or authoritative.
4. Enforcement
The developer may limit, block, or terminate access for users that violate this policy.
5. Liability
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. The developer is not responsible for misuse of the app by any third party or for losses arising from dependence on third-party data accuracy.
